Refund Policy

Dues

No refunds will be granted for dues.

Certification

You can cancel or reschedule your registration for the certification session via email up to 5 business days prior to the scheduled testing date and receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued to registrants who fail to cancel within the specified cancellation period or are no-shows. (The dollar amount of the refund varies with program)

Shipping Policy

Certification study guides will be mailed U.S. Priority mail to the address provided on the registration form. Expediated delivery is available for an additional fee.
