G. Terry Harris Sr. started in the concrete industry in 1979 and has enjoyed 40 years of experience with ready mix, precast, masonry and admixtures. He is an active participant in ACI, ASTM, NRMCA, PCA, ACPA, RCC Council, ACI Strategic Development Council and the RMC Foundation Advisory Council. Past Chair of ACI Certification Committee and ACI 305 Hot Weather. Currently Chairs the ACI Fellows Nominating Committee, ASTM C09.23.03, Chemical Admixtures and is Secretary of ACI 212 Chemical Admixtures. Terry is a member of numerous ASTM, ACI, NPCA committees and the NRMCA RES Committee. He has a degree in Concrete Technology from Daytona State College and is an ACI Fellow.

Gary Kirk is Vice President of Technical Services for CalPortland Cement Division. Gary is responsible for Technical Services for domestically manufactured cement, import, and transfer cement terminals throughout CalPortland. Gary has been in the industry for over 32 years participating in ACI local chapters, ACI National, ASTM, CMACN, Calcima, NRMCA, API, PCA, and various State DOT agencies. Gary is an NRMCA Concrete Technologist, ACI SoCal past president, and past recipient of the ACI Sam Hobb’s Award.

Oscar R. Antommattei, MS, PE, FACI is the Chief Concrete Engineer and Engineering Manager for the Materials Engineering Department in Kiewit. He started his engineering career over 20 years ago working with a concrete producer and general contractor. Prior to Kiewit, he worked in concrete consulting, and since then he has been providing technical support on materials, design and construction for a variety of projects in North America. Oscar serves in ACI technical committees for durability, constructability, mass concrete, hot weather, and curing. In ACI, Oscar is also the Chair of the Construction Liaison Committee (CLC), member of the Technical Activities Committee (TAC) and Steering Committee member of the ACI 321 Durability Code Committee. He also serves in ASCC, ASTM, TRB, and CSA technical committees. Oscar is an ACI Fellow, and in 2019 he was recognized as one of the Most Influential People in the Concrete Industry in the United States.
Registration fee includes appetizer buffet, no host bar, presentation, and a certificate for 1.5 Professional Development Hour (PDH) to be given to each attendee at the conclusion of the presentation.
