About the Topic

Jimmy Floyd will discuss the latest updates to the IQAC submittal and approval process. It has been almost 20 years since Southern Nevada has updated their submittal process and requirements for approved concrete mix designs. Changes in industry and mix design philosophy have necessitated the review of the submittal process. Clark County Public Works, the City of Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and Mesquite have had listening sessions with industry and have exciting news regarding how mixes will be submitted and approved for the 2023-2024 cycle.
