About the Speaker

Gary Kirk is Vice President of Technical Services for CalPortland Cement Division. Gary is responsible for Technical Services for domestically manufactured cement, imported cement, and transfer cement terminals throughout CalPortland. Gary has been in the industry for over 35 years participating in ACI local chapters, ACI National, PCA, SCA, ASTM, CMACN, Calcima, NRMCA, API, and various State DOT agencies. Gary is an NRMCA Concrete Technologist, ACI SoCal past president, and past recipient of the ACI SoCal Sam Hobb’s Award.
